Managing Our Anger
I think it`s serious problem for us, to control our temper.I do have that problem when I was a kid. I get angry easily, especially to my friends who annoyed me.I punched and kicked them for to release my hate.I have a several fight stories in my “7-12 years era”.Almost every day I`ve involved with the fight.
But the, when I grew up, I started to cool my temper down. I get angry rarely.Instead I just laugh for any humiliation for me. Well, may be not that easy as I say. Sometimes I blown them as usual. But, again, after understand the bad effect, I just passed that annoying thing away.
I use the positive thinking. It looks like klise, but it`s true. Since then I don`t punch someone`s face anymore. What for? Well, to release the bad mood is not just fight or say dirty words. My experience proved that using positive thinking is very efective way, to be a cool,gentle people.
May be You say I just make it too simple. You`re absolutely right. There`s a big gap between Between very emotional kid to cool, peaceful boy.May be it takes time about 5-6 years.
But that`s not the strong point I want to tell you. I want this voice to be heard to all over the world. Not just me to understand it, but to those criminals that still do bad things over and over again, prevent psichological-ill people do a massacre in teir neighborhood, shooting other people like shooting birds. I don`t like see people fight each other. In my religion, Islam, we`re not allowed to kill people.If you kill one man, the sin is just the same as you kill all people in the world. Muslims are allowed fight only to defend theirselves, when other do harm first. No preemptive attack.
So, my advice (or my opinion) is, control yourself from anger by take the positive thing to your mind, give it time to be your every day`s habit.
Well it`s for the firs one or two years, but the rest is so easy.
This is the simple tips from me:
+ When you get angry, try to wash your face,to cool your head down.
+ Changing your position. When yo get angry while you stand up,surely try to sit down.Or, when you have the situation while sit down, try to lie your body down. Find a place to comfort yourself.
